DR MARK VELLA

Dr. Mark Vella is a registered professional with the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa and holds a Business Management Honours from the University of Cape Town. With over 25 years in wellness and exercise science, he has designed 30+ fitness programs and authored the Movement Anatomy books, which have sold over 200,000 copies and are available in 9 languages.
