“I have always believed in the need for sound anatomical knowledge as the basis for the study of all movement disciplines.
I
recommend this course wholeheartedly and without reservation.”

RAEL ISACOWITZ
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR, BASI PILATES

You work with bodies daily. But most anatomy training was not built for you.

Most anatomy courses are taught academically.
Dense, clinical, and disconnected from what is relevant to you in the studio or on the gym floor.
So, you learn it, pass the test, and quietly set it aside
because it never clicked in a way you that was useful to you.
That is the gap Movement Anatomy was built to close.
Immediately usable. Relevant, no matter what discipline
you teach.
